BROODFALL does not visit one map. When it starts, every monster in the world is gone and the Spider Queen's brood stands in their place - towns, fields, dungeons, all of it. The traders vanish with them: no shop, no warehouse, no chaos machine until the brood is cleared. The Queen is out from the first minute - she does not need to be summoned.

The whole event is worth 200 Spider Eggs. Every spider you kill takes one of them for yourself - and one away from the Queen.

• Every spider you kill drops a Spider Egg - up to 150 of them go to the hunters.
• Whatever is left, at least 50, falls from the Queen when she dies.
• Kill nothing and the Queen carries the whole hoard; clear the brood and most of it is already yours.
• Eggs drop to the ground, not into your bag - be quick.
• Spider Egg is the currency of the GM auction. It buys what the shops never carry.

Eggs stack, so a long night of hunting fits in one slot. Keep them: the auction is the only place they are worth anything, and nothing else on the server pays in eggs.
